I am Jess. I am a forty-something young soul who is at home by the sea. It is where I go to bring my power back to me. I am a salty girl with standards and an empath with boundaries.

I create calm through minimalist living, organization, and uniformity, but I crave change.  I thrive when I am my authentic self.  I practice self-love through my craft, my interactions with others, how I fuel and exercise my body, my self-talk, and my mindset. I am intuitive.

I have a BA in Psychology and a MS in Human Resource Management.  I love to learn and grow. I enrich myself.

I am a licensed Massage Therapist and barefoot Ashiatsu Therapist.  I am a certified 200hr Hatha Yoga Instructor and I always infuse Reiki into my work.  I am mom to two rescue pups and two adult daughters. I practice gratitude. Daily.

I have been married and I have been divorced.  I have experienced toxic people and toxic relationships. I have heard the talk. I have walked the walk. Now I heed the warnings and recognize the auras.

I have experienced the death of a parent, the death of animals, and the death of an inauthentic self.   I have experienced various levels of anxiety, starting at a very young age.   I have experienced the births of children, major surgery, depression as a result, and the digging out of that state of being.

I have experienced career change, debt, address changes, and seeing the phases of my own home be built as a single mother.  I have allowed myself to feel and experience the emotions and the lessons, understand them, power through them, and ultimately learn from each and every one of them.   I am grateful.

Allow the experience…

I love to explore who I am in each season of my life.  I choose to see my weaknesses only as obstacles to becoming strengths, when I choose to work on them.  I have done “the work” and I continue to DO THE WORK.

I am tenacious and my “ I (we) can do this” attitude is how I persevere.   I love finding solutions to problems that have interrupted self-awareness, healing and wellness.

I try to identify in some way, shape, or form, a quality, trait, or behavior, that may link me with another person in order to create, and appreciate, a lasting, positive impression.  I do what I know to be right and ethical.

I will forever choose to be a learner.  I believe in education.  Education leads to opportunity.  Opportunity leads to realized goals.  Realized goals lead to personal satisfaction and high vibrational frequency.  High vibrational frequency leads to healing of the world.  Be part.
